Before confirming your booking, please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions. These outline the responsibilities and disclaimers associated with participating in an Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd tour experience. By joining any activity, all participants - including individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses - agree to the following:  

1. Licensing

Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd is a travel agency registered in Singapore under Travel Agent License No: TA03944N.

2. Liability Insurance

Please note that Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd does not provide liability insurance for the protection of Participants. Participation is at the sole risk of the Participant.

By booking and joining an Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd tour activity, you (and any representative acting on your behalf) release the company and its affiliates - including staff, contractors, and shareholders - from any claims or liabilities related to injury, loss, or damage, regardless of cause.

You also agree to indemnify and protect the company and its affiliates from any legal claims or expenses, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from your participation.

3. Health, Medical Conditions & Personal Accident Insurance

By booking and participating in an Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd tour activity, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved - including weather exposure, food-related illness, accidental injury, and other hazards. You confirm that you are in good health and not affected by any condition that would increase your risk during the activity. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own personal accident and liability insurance.

4. Behaviour Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all, Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd tour reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or poses a risk to others. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued in such cases.

5. Media Rights, Photography & Filming

Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd tour may capture photographs and video footage during tours. These may be used for promotional purposes, including on the company’s website and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. 

6. Use of Tour Materials

All notes, photographs, and content shared during the tour are the intellectual property of Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd. These materials are intended solely for personal use and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed in any form without prior written consent. 7. Tour Cancellation & Payment Policy

a) Participant Cancellations

Once your booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy applies. Unless otherwise stated, the default policy is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.  Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd may, at its discretion, offer alternatives such as rescheduling or issuing an e-certificate of the same value for future use, valid for 60 days from your original tour date. Full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

• Late arrivals will not be refunded or compensated for missed portions of the tour.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• If a participant chooses to leave the tour early or end a private tour prematurely, no refund or credit will be issued.

b) Payment & Refunds

We accept secure payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the payment method and timing of the request.

c) Cancellation by Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd

In the event that a tour or activity is cancelled by Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd for any reason, participants will be given the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or
• Reschedule to another available date.

Notification will be sent to the email address provided during ticket purchase. Please note that Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd cannot be held liable for incorrect or invalid email addresses.

8. Bookings

• All bookings made through www.istoria.sg will be confirmed via email.
• Participants must present a valid booking confirmation, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.
• Confirmations are only valid for the specific tour type and date indicated.
• Transfers or replacements are not permitted unless expressly approved on a case-by-case basis.
  
  

9. Routes

• Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify tour routes and schedules prior to commencement.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or direct contact.
• Adjustments may be necessary due to road closures, unforeseen incidents, or to enhance the overall tour experience.
  
  

10. Weather Conditions

• Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
• Participants are advised to bring umbrellas and dress appropriately.
• Tours may be cancelled only in cases of severe or hazardous weather.
• Decisions to suspend or terminate a tour rest solely with the Tour Guide.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be determined by Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd in consultation with the Tour Guide.
  
  

11. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Participants are advised to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking the tour. While we take reasonable care to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all allergens will be avoided. Participation is at your own discretion.
  
  

12. Third-Party Products and Services – Limitation of Liability

• Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd operates solely as an intermediary, coordinating tours, transportation, venue visits, and related services. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the actions or negligence of third-party providers - including transport companies, service operators, restaurants, shops, or their staff.
• Participants acknowledge that any use or consumption of third-party products or services during the tour - such as food, merchandise, or additional activities - is done at their own risk and expense. Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd bears no liability for any resulting harm, including injury, illness, or loss.
  
  

13. General Terms and Site Usage

• Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd and its website reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be communicated by posting the revised terms online. Continued use of the site after such updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
• We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its content without prior notice. Access to the site may be restricted or denied to any user at any time, for any reason. Additionally, Istoria Collective Singapore Pte Ltd may transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to any affiliated company, business unit, or acquiring entity without prior notice.
